• National Council of Applied Economic Research (NCAER),New Delhi; Preparation of India Science Report as a part of World Science Report,

• National Council of Applied Economic Research, New Delhi; Passenger Transport Sector-

• NCDRC: Survey on Complaint Redressal Mechanism in National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission (NCDRC) in India. The study was on functioning of NCDRC;

• Ministry of Rural Development: Pradhan Mantri Gramin Sadak Yojna (PMGSY), a World Bank funded project.

• Business Development for various Department of government of India;

• Ministry of Information Technology, Government of India; E-Readiness Assessment of states and Union Territories. [E-readiness is the ability of States to participate full-fledged in the national economic cycle. The Information Technology Act, 2000 provides a legal framework for transaction carried out using computers and the internet technologies.] Worked from 2002 to 2008;

• National Council of Applied Economic Research, New Delhi, Public Enterprises-restructuring, Privatization and Labour Adjustments of seven public enterprises in Uttar Pradesh, sponsored the study.

• Asian Development Bank; Urban Development , six cities in Uttaranchal ;

• National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission (NCDRC) in India. The study was on functioning of NCDRC; sponsored by Indian Council for Market Research, New Delhi.

• National Council of Applied Economic Research, New Delhi. State Policies Affecting Competition-Passenger Transport in selected states in India

• (3) Sector- states to be covered were Kerala, TamilNadu, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Orissa, Himachal Pradesh and West Bengal.

• Facilitation in SMEs sector; ‘India Market Entry’ in association with ASSIST, Italy and market research support and Internationalization of local enterprises.

• International Union Against Tuberculosis and Lung Disease in New Delhi.

• International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD). [This project has been awarded on name of Dr. P.K.Verma, but executed by the professionals of EDT]

. • Asian Development Bank: On Urban Local Bodies at five selected districts in Bihar.

• ‘Centre for Knowledge Management & Good Governance, RCVP Noronha Academy of Administration & Management, Government of Madhya Pradesh, Bhopal.

• Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India; Monitors “Implementation of Program”. Institutional NLMs are empanelled from reputed Non-government Institutions with experience in rural development programmes by way of evaluation assessment, monitoring & survey etc.

• National Water Development Agency (NWDA), Ministry of Water Resources, Government of India; [Burhi Gandak –Noon-Baya-Ganga Link Project” & Kosi-Mechi link canal project”.

• National Commission for Women: Bihar (Supaul);

• Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI);
